Rental Inventory and Pricing
Our goal is to provide quality concert percussion equipment for rentals to community groups, professional organizations, and individual professional percussionists. We currently do not provide long term rentals for students.
Pricing is for one day or one week rental (up to 7 days). 10% discounts are given for large quantity rentals.
Due to the nature of some of our vintage instruments as well as the sensitivity of some of the higher quality instruments, certain items are only available to professional groups and/or performers. Theses items will be label with (Pro).
Delivery Fee
Delivery fees are charged based on time to travel to location one-way. Large delivery load fees are charged for when the trailer is need and small load fees for when I can fit everything inside an SUV.
Small load rentals have the option to pickup equipment for no fee. Large load rentals will mostly require a delivery fee unless the renter can prove they have the cargo equipment and know how to safely transport large instruments. Contact us if you wish to pickup your large load rentals.

Cartage Fee
Cartage fees are for when I am bringing instruments to use for when I (Tracy Furr) am performing in the same group/ensemble that is using the equipment.

Setup Fee
Setup fee is included when we have to set up the instrument for your rental (e.g. setting up drum set stands, cymbals, and drum hardware). Delivery fee only covers bringing the equipment to the rehearsal/performance location.
